1 Month Check-up

Doctor's orders!!! Just a routine check-up here.




So, it has officially been 1 month since we started our "Biggest Loser".

How are you feeling about things?

Okay, so I am glad for these little check-ups that I have to report to you guys. Otherwise, this whole thing might have gone out the window for me.

I feel like I am doing okay. I have kind of slacked off on watching what I eat and have gone back to my "sugar tooth" habits. But, I am repenting pronto (despite the fact that there is a delicious truffle in my refrigerator right now).

My knee and hip have been giving me trouble and so the exercise has been less fast pace as I would like, but I don't want to injure my joints.

I am happy to say that I have lost (if my scale is reading correctly- which it better darn be right) 8 pounds!

Congratulations Emma, that is wonderful, I've sort of slacked off on everything and then started recording again and realized how important it is for me to get back on track
